i am very pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Mr. James (Jimmy) Aron. Based on the recomendation of a mutual aquaintence, my wife and I selected Jimmy to be our real estate agent during our search for a family home in the early months of 2008. We were, and continue to be very pleased, and completely satisfied with all aspects of the service Jimmy provided.

Of Jimmy's many strengths as an agent and advocate, some of his greatest include: thoroughness, patience, ethics, understanding, technical knowledge, advocacy, kindness and unfailing good maners. It was clear from the begining that Jimmy  had a strong knowledge of the current market, as well as an understanding of the best practices to assure a positive outcome. Jimmy was very helpful in selecting properties for us to consider, based on our requirements and wishes, and he was extremely flexible and patient as our requirements changed throughout the search. Jimmy made it clear that our satisfaction was his only goal, and he worked hard to help us find the perfect property for us. We often made changes or appointments on short notice, but Jimmy never balked or hesitated to make the changes.

The property we eventually purchased was in a pre-foreclosure condition, and Jimmy's technical knowledge and perseverance really paid off. At one point in the process, we had committed to purchase a property when the inspection revealed a serious problem needing repair. I was convinced that this would be a deal-breaker, as both time and money was extremely tight for the seller. Jimmy assured us not to despair, and that he would do everything he could to make it work, as long as we continued to want the property. Much to his credit he was able to negotiate to have the repairs completed to our satisfaction, and within the time requirements. We purchased the property, and are very satisfied. I'm sure you will be too.

     I am writing this letter in regard to one of your agents, Jimmy Aron. Jimmy was the agent for a property that closed yesterday at Guardian Title, I was the lender.
     it is not often I take the time to write a letter regarding the performance of other professionals, since I consider expertise in a field to be expected. However, Mr.Aron went above and beyond what I normally see with real estate agents. I wanted to tell you that I was very impressed by him and how he represented your company. Jimmy worked with a difficult borrower, who lives out of state, and worked very hard at getting all the parties involved informed and updated in the process.I have never had an agent stay so involved and be so willing to assist whatever needed to be done.
      I commend you for recognizing and employing quality people, and I sincerely enjoyed working with Jimmy.

     I have no complaints at all. my experience with buying my house could not have been better. I have bought 5 to 6 houses in the past and I have never had anyone work harder for me than Jimmy has. he always let me know where everything was at and always comunicating with me.
